I agree to indemnify and to keep indemnified Woodford Golf Club from all claims, damages, costs and expenses of any nature that may arise while the golf cart is rented to the undersigned or whilst the undersigned or any children under the supervision and control of the undersigned are at Woodford Golf Club. 2. I agree to return the golf cart immediately following the completion of the specified play in the same condition as I received it. 3. I agree to pay for all damage or loss to the golf cart, the golf course and any other hire equipment. 4. I accept full responsibility for all children who are passengers in the golf cart. 5. I acknowledge that I am familiar with the operation, use and control of the golf cart, that I have read the instructions appearing on the golf cart, and that I am able to operate and control the golf cart in accordance with the instructions. 6. I agree to abide by the following golf cart rules: – Golf carts must be operated in a safe and proper manner. – Golf carts must not be driven within 10 metres of greens and bunkers, or onto tees. – Golf carts must avoid all wet areas, follow all directional signs and use sealed cart paths where possible. – Golf carts must be only driven by persons 18 years of age and over. – Golf carts must carry no more than two persons at any one time. – Golf carts must abide by any specific instructions given by Pro Shop staff at the time of hire. 7. I understand that failure to abide by the above golf cart rules can result in termination of the golf cart hire agreement without refund and persons being immediately banned or suspended from the golf course.
